With a built-in high power voltage generator, the output testing voltage is adjustable via a rotating switch at ranges of 250V, 500V or 1000V depending on requirements. Alternating current can be measured; voltage below 750V AC can be tested. The well-designed tester, model 803, offers a large backlit LCD screen making it equally suitable for use under bright sunlight or in poorly lit environments.
